What does our service consist of?
You can order a report for the last 12 months either by paying in full or after registering as our client for a one-year service. The one-year service is only offered to companies who have at least 9 months to go before needing to submit their reports. The price for this is 20% lower that our one-time payment and is divided into quarterly payments. In addition, our company will become your official tax agent and will carry out free consultations throughout the year, by phone, Skype or email. In order to submit a request for our accounting services it will be necessary to contact us, either by email or phone. You will be invoiced after making payment initiating the process for your service. You will receive a special form in EXCEL format, which should be used to enter your figures. The layout is so straightforward, that it is even easy for a schoolchild to complete, and one from a non-English speaking country at that (we have tested this). After compiling the report, we will send it to you via email to be signed and scanned back to us. Once this has been done, we will send it to the tax office online. We will also provide you with proof of dispatch. It is all very quick and easy, and we have managed to avoid bureaucracy and postal delays (and sometimes even the loss of documents sent by post).
